Questions, answered
Three weeks from kickoff to delivery workshop. Most of that is our analysis time. Your team spends around four to six hours in total across kickoff, interviews, and the final workshop.
Kickoff call, up to five discovery interviews, workflow mapping, opportunity scoring, ROI modelling on your top three processes, vendor shortlist, risk register, 90-day roadmap, and a delivery workshop. GST is added on invoice.
If you book a follow-on engagement with EmbedAI within 30 days of the delivery workshop, we credit the full NZD $2,500 against that engagement. You get a free audit in effect, and we get a project with clear scope.
No. The vendor shortlist is based on fit, price, and your constraints. If we have existing relationships or reseller arrangements, we disclose them in the document.
Not usually. The audit runs on conversations, screenshots, and exported reports. If a specific opportunity needs deeper data access to score properly, we flag it and ask before anything is connected.
That is a legitimate outcome, and we have delivered it. The roadmap might say 'do nothing for six months, fix the CRM first'. You still get the full deliverable set, and the NZD $2,500 credit still applies if you change your mind inside 30 days.
We prioritise New Zealand businesses because context matters. Australian engagements are handled case by case. Further afield, we refer rather than stretch.
